Quick application guide

Applying microcement involves three main steps:

1. Surface preparation
   clean, sand, prime, and reinforce if the countertop has joints.
2. Microcement application
   apply two coats
3. Sealing
   surface protection, also in two layers

What’s included?

• Fest Grunt (1 kg) – a primer that evens out absorbency and improves the adhesion of microcement to the substrate. It’s an essential step in surface preparation before applying the decorative coating. One layer is sufficient.

• FESTFLOOR GO! Microcement (10 kg) – a ready-to-use, factory-tinted microcement. Once you open the bucket, you can start working immediately. The product is sufficient for two layers.

• PU FEST 2K CARBON (1 kg component A + 0.08 kg component B) – two-component protective varnish that provides resistance to abrasion, moisture, and stains. The product is sufficient for two layers.

OPTIONAL:

• Optional: If you’re applying microcement on a countertop with joints, you need to use mesh and a bonding primer. When purchasing, select the option Fest Kontakt with mesh

Color selection

FESTFLOOR GO! microcement is fully ready to use — just open the container and start applying. It’s factory-tinted, so no additional pigment mixing is required. Color is added during production, ensuring perfect consistency. Simply choose your desired shade from our standard color chart.

On request, we can also produce colors outside the standard palette — FESTFLOOR GO! can be tinted in over 200 RAL colors or nearly 2,000 NCS shades, allowing you to perfectly match your design.
