The diamond polishing disc is commonly used for polishing and grinding surfaces such as concrete, microcement, stone, stoneware and granite. As each layer of microcement needs to be sanded to achieve a smooth surface, a concrete grinding disc will be ideal. A diamond grinding disc is more efficient than sandpaper and is sufficient to sand a larger area of the substrate. One sandpaper pad will be suitable for an area of a maximum of a few m2. If you have a larger area to work on and the possibility of attaching smaller pads (with a trivodisc-type adapter), the diamond pad will be a better economic solution and sufficient for a much larger area (even around 100 m2).
